  • 1. Returns Eligibility

    We stand behind the quality of OBSRVE Rapid Racks. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

    • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
    • Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all included components.
    • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
    • Non-Returnable Items:
      • Custom or special-order items
      • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper assembly
      • Clearance or final sale items

    2. Refunds & Processing

    • Inspection & Approval: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 5 business days. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
    • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds.
    • Shipping Costs:
      • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
      • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect upon arrival.
      • If a return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

    3. Exchanges

    If you received a defective or damaged product, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please email henrychien@Obsrve-Studios.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

    4. Cancellations & Order Modifications

    • Before Shipment: If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.
    • Custom Orders: Custom-made products cannot be canceled after purchase.

    5. Warranty – 6 Months

    OBSRVE Rapid Racks come with a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your product experiences a defect within this period, we will repair or replace the affected component at our discretion.

    What’s Covered:

    ✔ Manufacturing defects
    ✔ Structural failures under normal use

    What’s NOT Covered:

    ❌ Normal wear and tear
    ❌ Damage due to improper use, modification, or accidents
    ❌ Unauthorized repairs or alterations

    Warranty Claims:

    To file a warranty claim, contact us at HenryChien@OBSRVE-STUDIOS.com with:

    • Proof of purchase
    • Photos of the defect
    • Description of the issue
