    1. Return Eligibility
    To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
    ✅ Within 30 days from the delivery date.
    ✅ Product is in original condition – No physical damage, scratches, or excessive wear.
    ✅ Original packaging & accessories included – Cables, manuals, and all packaging.
    ✅ Proof of purchase – A valid order number or receipt.

    🚨 Returns will NOT be accepted if:
    ❌ The product is physically damaged due to misuse or accidents.
    ❌ It’s missing original packaging, cables, or other accessories.
    ❌ It was a final sale or clearance item.

    2. How to Start a Return

    • The reason for return
    • Clear photos/videos (if the item is defective)

    2️⃣ Wait for Approval – We’ll review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions.

    3️⃣ Ship It Back – Pack the item securely and send it using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

    💰 Full Refund – If the product is unused and in original condition, you’ll receive a full refund within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
